We must fight for our democracy!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It is clear that the Trump administration has descended the US into fascism. While we are still able to, we must fight back with everything we have as a nation. We must defeat our domestic enemies before it is too late! Trump and his administration goons are domestic terrorists hell bent on destroying the United States of America. This “president” is engaging in an internal coup by dismantling our government from the inside. He is an authoritarian that seeks to silence critics that call out his desire to absorb the powers of the legislature and judiciary into the executive. Trump wants to have unitary control of our entire government and will do anything to get it. This is a man who openly admits to wanting to \u201csuspend the constitution\u201d and be a \u201cdictator on day one.\u201d Some still say he\u2019s joking, but he\u2019s not. His actions speak louder than words. He and his cronies are un-American, tyrannical, unhinged, and incompetent. We cannot allow this behavior to continue unchecked. Impeach, convict, remove, imprison!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is currently most alarming is the preparation for Trump to call the 2026 mid-term elections “rigged” or “stolen” because they will produce the outcome he doesn’t want. We must work together to make sure that when the time comes for him to try to subvert democracy yet again, we are prepared. This means first and foremost, realizing that Trump is not joking. He will try to end our democracy and is already miles ahead of our elected leaders. To that end, we must have leaders at this time that have a fighting spirit and who are willing to go no holds barred in defense of our democracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sadly, the Democratic party leadership seems unable and unwilling to have a spine in this moment. Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries should resign immediately in disgrace for their fecklessness. The party is lost and rudderless because it is bought by corporate interests who only want to see higher profit margins. They have no interest in governance and leadership in the face of tyranny. They are incapable of meeting the challenges of this moment. We must demand a change of Dem leadership immediately in order to do damage control for this nation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time after time, when Democrats had power, they dropped the ball massively. Merrick Garland and the Biden DOJ should have immediately begun cases against the first Trump administration and co-conspirators for the laundry list of laws broken during the 2020 election. The fake electors scheme and the insurrection had powerful GOP members behind the plans. However, popular politicians went unindicted until too late and some not at all. Why? For the naive hope of some restored unity and adherence to \u201cnorms.\u201d Screw the norms, because they are being used to dismantle our government right before our very eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A renewed DNC will not save us alone. This is why we need something new and incorruptible. This is why the ACP was founded. We want to see this country get back on a path towards world leading democracy and freedom. One where our allies aren\u2019t repulsed by our viciousness and brazen incompetence. This will be a hard fight, one with intimidation and real danger attached to it. But, we can\u2019t sit idly by while our country burns to the ground and is turned into a dictatorship headed by a false god king that knows absolutely nothing about what it is to be a real American.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greed, fecklessness, tyranny, theocracy, and abandoning our veterans is the complete opposite of what America stands for. Yet, this Trump administration and GOP congress seems hell bent to turn the oldest democracy on the planet, back into a monarchy. The founding fathers are surely spinning in their graves. Somehow, this extreme right wing fascist administration fancies themselves the \u201ctrue patriots.\u201d We got news for ya, you are the antithesis. Anyone that wishes to dismantle our government by ignoring the constitution, forcing citizens to comply against our first amendment freedoms, bypassing due process, and abridging voting rights, is a god damned tyrant, not patriot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Immediately after inauguration, project 2025 was put into motion. The new administration has illegally gutted many governmental departments and fired workers without proper cause. Congress has the power of the purse and DOGE should never have existed. It is, in fact, illegitimate. Elon Musk decimated numerous programs in the US. He was given extraordinary powers without the advice and consent of the Senate, this is illegal. Musk should be in prison at this very moment for the crimes he has perpetrated against this nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What we need in this exact moment is for states to assert their rights for their citizens. Any crimes that are being committed by those seeking to destroy our democracy, should be immediately prosecuted by state AG offices. If the national party figures are telling you to back off, don\u2019t listen to the whining. Furthermore, don\u2019t be afraid of federal aid being cut off to your state. Why? Because it will be eventually cut anyway when you don\u2019t comply with something else the Trump administration has planned down the line. This is a never ending extortion tactic that is meant to perpetually force compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here is what individuals need to be doing:
\u2022 Refuse to have any of your rights to be be stripped away or abridged.
\u2022 Peacefully protest whenever possible.
\u2022 Join a community that has a mission to save democracy, we hope that\u2019s us.
\u2022 Cut your expenses and create a pool of savings so that we can perform general strikes as a nation.
\u2022 Arm yourself with knowledge of what this administration is doing.
\u2022 Utilize your 2nd amendment rights, practice safe & legal handling techniques.
\u2022 Donate to those that will actually fight against tyranny.
\u2022 Form class action lawsuits against illegal cuts and actions when possible.
\u2022 Vote the GOP and far right fascists out of office in every election, because we cannot as easily reverse dictatorship, as we can corporate democrats\u2019 fecklessness.

Lastly, these are our opinions. We believe that people are innocent until proven guilty. There have been serious crimes alleged in numerous court cases and journalistic reports that point to in what is our opinion, corruption and so forth mentioned above. Unfortunately, most of them never concluded due to the transfer of power to the Trump administration, and the lack of expedience of the Biden administration. Therefore, we will likely never fully know what happened in those cases. Any supposed crimes that we talk about above, are alleged.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We will fight for everyday Americans that want this country to remain free by: participating in legislative election races we think are competitive, filing lawsuits to keep elections free and fair, pursuing legal challenges to strategies the Trump administration is using tyrannically, organizing peaceful demonstrations, and actually listening to what voters want.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What happens if voting laws change and I don’t trust the results any more?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We believe that there should be independent ballot officials in every election and we will fight to ensure that the ballots are correctly counted. However, this is easier said than done. We have a lot of work ahead of us. What you can do, is make sure your vote was counted and if not, seek legal council. The judiciary is the only pillar of federal government somewhat functioning normally.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We understand that some people need to fly under the radar. No one likes confrontation. While we ask those with the will and strength to come fight with us in public, there are still things to be done in private. Namely, donate to worthy causes with cash, anonymously.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

There aren’t a lot of avenues to remedy bad actors in the legislative branch. They are sort of self-regulating and with GOP control, they will not vote themselves out of power. This is why we look to the state courts and attorneys general to find everything they can to legally prosecute on.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
